Makes one cocktail
ā¢ 2 ozĀ El GuapoĀ® Black Lime Margarita Mixer
ā¢ 2 oz mezcal (alternatively, 1 oz mezcal + 1 oz tequila for a less pronounced flavor profile)
ā¢ 1 large rock
ā¢ Black lime salt, for garnish (recipe below)
To rim glass, use water or lime juice to wet rim or pattern on surface before gently dredging or rolling through Black Lime Salt (recipe below). In a shaker filled with ice, combine mixer and mezcal. Shake until well chilled and strain into a pre-salted lowball. Add one large rock and serve immediately. Cheers!
Black Lime Salt
Mix 1 tablespoon ofĀ Burlap & Barrel Ground Black LimeĀ with 1 tablespoon of coarse salt (we used Jacobsen Salt Co.) Stir to combine.
