• Please allow up to 48 hours for processing and handling.

• All domestic orders are shipped in the manner chosen at checkout. Free Ground shipping is sent via USPS or UPS. Please allow up to 5 business days. Delays may occur during holiday time due to high volume of USPS & UPS shipments.

• Due to FDA regulations, we are unable to accept returns. If there is any issue with your order, please contact Sales@elguapobitters.com as soon as possible.

International Shipping Policy and Terms & Conditions

• Prices are shown in US Dollars ($).  For conversion, we recommend using a currency converter app.

• Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

• We are not responsible for shipments held up by customs.

• Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as “gift” or with altered prices and/or values.

• International orders may require 2-3 business days prior to shipment for location & customs processing.
