Savory Depth: Gumbo Bitters and Cajun Caviar
This martini is all about harmony. The roe brings a salty pop. The vodka keeps things clean. The Gumbo Bitters add a deep, savory backbone that tastes like you simmered something all afternoon. It is rich without being heavy and elegant without losing its Louisiana spirit.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a caviar martini?
A caviar martini is a savory twist on the classic. The roe adds a briny note that plays beautifully with a cold spirit-forward base.
What makes Cajun caviar different?
Cajun caviar comes from bowfin, a native Louisiana fish. It has a nutty, earthy flavor that holds up beautifully in savory drinks.
Can I replace the Gumbo Bitters?
No. The bitters make the drink. They bring depth, spice and the soul of a Creole kitchen. Without them, you lose the magic.
