El Guapo Frozen Piñas: Signature Frozen Tiki Drinks

Craving something cold and a little tropical? Our Frozen Piñas hits like a New Orleans summer breeze. It takes the soul of a classic piña colada and gives it serious flavor. We blend El Guapo Orgeat Syrup with coconut cream and fresh pineapple. Y’all get a creamy, bright cocktail that tastes like vacation without trying too hard.

Bartenders swear by it and grandmothers hoard it.

This one brings a smooth punch of almond and spice that keeps the whole thing balanced.

The El Guapo Frozen Piñas Recipe

Makes 3 cocktails.

Ingredients

• 7.5 oz Coco Lopez coconut cream
• 1 cup fresh cubed pineapple
  
• 6 oz white rum (we used Roulaison)
• 2 tablespoons El Guapo® Polynesian Kiss Bitters
• 4 oz El Guapo® Orgeat Syrup
• 2 cups ice
• Luxardo cherries, dehydrated lime wheels and yard flowers, for garnish

Instructions

1. Load your blender with the ice.
   
2. Add the coconut cream, pineapple, rum, Polynesian Kiss Bitters and Orgeat Syrup.
   
3. Blend until smooth. Give it 60 to 75 seconds.
   
4. Adjust the texture. Add more ice if it runs thin. Add more mixer or rum if it feels too firm. Every blender behaves its own way.
   
5. Pour into lowball or margarita glasses. Garnish with cherries, lime wheels and whatever pretty yard blooms you can find.
