El Guapo® Frozen Piñas
Makes 3 cocktails
- 7.5 oz Coco Lopez coconut cream
- 1 c. fresh cubed pineapple
- 6 oz white rum (we used Roulaison)
- 2 Tbsp El Guapo® Polynesian Kiss Bitters
- 4 oz El Guapo® Orgeat Syrup
- 2 cups ice
- Luxardo cherries Dehydrated lime wheels & yard flowers, for garnish
In a clean blender (we prefer Vitamix for smooth consistency), pour 2 cups ice & top with coconut cream, pineapple, rum, bitters & orgeat. Blend on medium/high for 60-75 seconds to completely pulverize ice & achieve smooth consistency. Add more ice if needed - every blender is different. Pour mixture into a lowball or margarita glass, garnishing with cherries, dehydrated like wheels & yard flowers. Add a tiki umbrella or any other desired accoutrements prior to serving. Cheers!
