Our friends at Lengua Madre in New Orleans created this beauty and it is a showstopper. The Lengua Milk Punch is the ultimate chicory pecan bitters cocktail. It is smooth. It is elegant. It is crystal clear. It tastes like New Orleans hospitality poured into a glass.
This recipe proves that exceptional bitters make exceptional cocktails. Our Chicory Pecan Bitters add roasted warmth and depth that turn a classic milk punch into something rich and unforgettable.

What Makes a Lengua Milk Punch So Special?
The magic is in the clarification. Citrus meets milk and creates curds that lift out harsh tannins. What remains is silky and bright. Charanda Uruapan sets the base with layered rum character. Lemon and apple juices add acidity and fruit. Chicory Pecan Bitters bring roasted pecan and chicory that taste like a nod to Louisiana coffee culture. Browned butter and cane sugar round everything into a savory sweet mix that feels luxurious.

Aromatic Depth In The Clarified Milk Punch
This punch stands out because the bitters shape both the flavor and the texture. Chicory Pecan Bitters and Holiday Pie Bitters bring concentrated aroma that binds to the curds during clarification. Once filtered, the punch keeps clean roasted pecan and chicory notes without bitterness. The result is a crystal clear milk punch with layered flavor and serious elegance.
