Simple and stunning, this champagne cocktail will put the extra sparkle into your New Years celebration at home. Sparkler garnish optional

Makes one cocktail
• 3 oz champagne
• 8 dashes El Guapo® Love Potion Bitters
• 1 Bar Spoon El Guapo® Ginger Syrup
• 6 Fresh raspberries on a skewer, for garnish (+ lit sparkler, optional)
Fill a clean champagne flute with chilled champagne. Gently top with bitters & ginger syrup. Insert the raspberry skewer and stir once to gently combine. Serve immediately, with a flaming sparkler if desired.
