Instructions

  1. Muddle two cucumber slices in a shaker.
  2. Add tequila, lemon juice, St Germain, Ginger Syrup, and simple syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until cold.
  4. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with Topo Chico.
  6. Finish with Cucumber Lavender Bitters and garnish with a cucumber wheel.
