Sweet Potato Syrup

Made with Louisiana sweet potatoes, this syrup was originally created as a way to divert imperfect sweet potatoes from the landfill. We blend them with an assortment of baking spices to create the perfectly balanced syrup that is rich and creamy in texture. We use this syrup in myriad ways - from fall and winter cocktails to a coffee sweetener to a substitute for maple syrup on pancakes and waffles.
