A Bee’s Knees is simple, timeless and loved for a reason. Gin, honey and lemon create a balance that never goes out of style. This version lifts the classic with a soft floral twist that makes the whole drink feel brighter. Our Bee’s Knees Cocktail Recipe
Yields one cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin (Katie used @barrhillgin)
- 0.75 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- .75 oz. honey syrup
- 1 shake El Guapo™ Cucumber Lavender Bitters
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add the gin, lemon juice and honey syrup.
- Add one shake of Cucumber Lavender Bitters.
- Shake until cold and frosty.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with every edible flower you can find.
