This Bee's Knees recipe yields one cocktail and is the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and botanical notes. We collaborated with Katie Stryjewski of @garnish_girl to create this version, using a unique dash of bitters to make it stand out.

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Pour the gin, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup into the shaker.
  3. Add one dash of El Guapo™ Cucumber Lavender Bitters to the mix.
  4. Shake the ingredients well until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
  5. Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
  6. Garnish with every edible flower you can find before serving.
