Frequently Asked Questions
What is a watermelon cordial?
A watermelon cordial is a concentrated syrup made from fresh watermelon juice and sugar. It is used in cocktails and other drinks to provide a rich, fruity flavor and sweetness.
What does an aloe liqueur cocktail taste like?
An aloe liqueur cocktail typically has a light, subtly sweet flavor with a crisp, vegetal or floral undertone. The Chareau Aloe Liqueur used in this recipe adds a unique and refreshing botanical complexity.
What is the best tequila for a watermelon cocktail?
A clean, unaged tequila, such as a blanco or reposado, is a great choice for a watermelon cordial cocktail. Its flavor will not compete with the delicate notes of the watermelon and aloe liqueur.

Yes, you can use store-bought watermelon juice for convenience. However, making the cordial at home with fresh watermelon will provide a more vibrant and authentic flavor for your cocktail.
