Makes one cocktail
• 1.5 oz Copalli Barrel Rested Rum
• 1 oz Creme de Cacao (she used Cultivated Cocktails)
• .25 oz Ginger Liqueur (she used Barrows Intense)
• 1 oz Oroblanco Grapefruit Juice
• 8 dashes El Guapo® Fuego Bitters
• 1 Bar Spoon El Guapo® Falernum Syrup
• Ginger slice and fresh grapefruit wedge, for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and then strain into a glass with a few fresh, large cubes. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and fresh ginger before serving. CHEERS!

Pro Tip: Oroblanco is a new grapefruit variety that is a cross between a pomelo and a white grapefruit. It’s super juicy with more sweetness than a regular grapefruit and much more manageable than a pomelo! Go find some! You won’t be sorry.
