What chocolate liqueur should I use?
A high-quality Creme de Cacao brings the best flavor. Dark versions give a deeper, richer chocolate profile.
Can I use cocoa powder?
You can, but it is trickier to incorporate. Liqueurs blend smoothly and keep the texture clean.
What spirits pair well with chocolate?
Rum is beautiful with cacao. Whiskey also works if you want warmth and depth. Tequila and vodka can shine too with the right supporting flavors.
