Crawfish Martini
Makes one cocktail

• 2.5 oz vodka or dry gin
• .75 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1.5 oz tomato water
• 10 dashes El Guapo® Crawfish Boil Bitters
• TINY squeeze of lemon
• Olives, cherry tomatoes, scallions & boiled crawfish, for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with several olives, a stem of cherry tomatoes, sliced scallion & a boiled crawfish if you’ve got one. Cheers, y’all!
