Haunted Estate Fizz
Created by our friend Kirk of Royal Rose, use this potion to wow guests at your spooky festivities.

• 2 oz @bullyboybooze Estate Gin
• .75 oz @royalroseme Cranberry Spice Syrup
• .5 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
• .5 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice 🍋
• 2 dashes El Guapo® Love Potion Bitters
• .25 oz Egg White 🥚
• Soda
Add everything minus the soda to a shaker without ice & dry shake. Add 3 cubes to the shaker 🧊 & shake until you can’t hear the cubes anymore.
Strain into a collins glass without ice. Top with soda & pour slowly!
