Makes one cocktail
âą 2 oz House infused Pineapple spiced rum (recipe below đđŒ)
âą 1 oz El GuapoÂź Creole Orgeat
âą .75 oz Citrus juice blend (recipe below đđŒ)
⹠.5 oz Pierre Ferrand yuzu late harvest dry curaçao
âą 3 dashes El GuapoÂź Polynesian Kiss Bitters
âą Orange zest & dehydrated lime wheel, for garnish
In a clean shaker filled with ice, shame all ingredients until well chilled. Strain over fresh rocks in a 12 oz snifter, garnish & serve immediately.
House Infused Rum đ
Use pulp of pineapple after juicing. Steep rum in pulp along with 1 broken cinnamon stick, 1 star anise, and 1 bar spoon cayenne pepper. Steep in fridge for 24- 72 hrs. Strain out solids and bottle. Keep refrigerated & use within one week.
Juice Blend đđ
âą 1 cup Freshly squeezed orange juice
âą ÂŒ cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice
âą ÂŒ cup Freshly squeezed lime juice
Blend & bottle. Keep refrigerated & use within one week.
