Makes six cocktails
• .25 cup Freshly squeezed lime juice
• .25 cup Tequila or Mezcal (we used El Silencio)
• .5 cup El Guapo® Tonic Syrup
• .5 cup Yellow Chartreuse
• 1 cup Cold water
• 2 Tbsp El Guapo® Polynesian Kiss Bitters
• 1 Tsp Edible gold glitter (optional… we used Fancy Sprinkles’ Fools Gold Prism Powder)
• Dry ice, for garnish

In a clean pitcher, combine lime juice, tonic syrup, spirits, water and bitters. Stir well to combine. Add teaspoon of edible glitter, if using, and stir until completely dissolved. Transfer mixture into a serving piece (we used a large glass beaker!) and add a small to medium sized chunk of dry ice to create the illusion of smoke. Serve in vintage glassware on a tray. You can add tiny pieces of dry ice to glassware to create smoke in each glass, but be sure guests are aware there is dry ice in their drink… it is not advisable to drink the cocktail until dry ice has melted and smoke has completely subsided.
