How to Make a Magical Yellow Chartreuse Cocktail
- Combine the base ingredients. In a clean pitcher, combine the lime juice, tonic syrup, spirits, water, and El Guapo™ Polynesian Kiss Bitters. Stir well to combine.
- Add the glitter. If you are using edible glitter, add the teaspoon of glitter to the mixture and stir until it is completely dissolved.
- Transfer to a serving piece. Transfer the mixture into a large glass beaker or serving piece.
- Create the smoke effect. Add a small to medium sized chunk of dry ice to the serving piece to create the illusion of smoke.
- Serve and garnish. Pour the cocktail into vintage glassware on a tray. You can add tiny pieces of dry ice to each glass for an individual smoky effect. Serve with a warning to guests that they should not drink the cocktail until the dry ice has melted and the smoke has completely subsided.
