Makes one cocktail

Ingredients

x Drink Monday

• 2 oz Monday Mezcal
• 1.5 oz El Guapo™ Salted Paloma Mixer
• Ice
• Tajin and pineapple fronds for garnish

Instructions

1. Add the Monday Mezcal and Salted Paloma Mixer to a shaker filled with ice.
   
2. Shake until cold.
   
3. Rim a Collins glass with Tajin.
   
4. Fill the glass with fresh ice.
   
5. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
   
6. Top with soda water.
