The Pink Elephant Cocktail Recipe
Makes one cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz dry gin (They used Elephant)
- 0.75 oz El Guapo™ Rose Cordial
- .5 oz elderflower liqueur (They used Boudier)
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 oz cranberry juice
- 1 egg white
- Rose petals, for garnish
- Rose water mixed with bergamot in an atomizer for an optional spritz
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice.
- Dry shake for fifteen seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until cold.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with rose petals.
- Add a light spritz of rose water and bergamot if you want a little extra romance.
