Rum & Tonic

This recipe comes to us from our friend David Baldwin, founder of Ponysaurus Brewing.

Rum & Tonic
Makes one cocktail

  • 1.5 oz dark rum
  • 1/2 oz El Guapo® Tonic Syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Aperol
  • 1/2 an egg white
  • Dehydrated lime wheel and fresh, for garnish

Dry shake ingredients together before shaking vigorously over ice. Strain into a coupe & garnish before serving immediately. Cheers!
