Rum & Tonic
Makes one cocktail
- 1.5 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz El Guapo® Tonic Syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 1/2 an egg white
- Dehydrated lime wheel and fresh, for garnish
Dry shake ingredients together before shaking vigorously over ice. Strain into a coupe & garnish before serving immediately. Cheers!
