Alright yall... lets face it. Were in this social distancing thing for the long haul & we need some non-alcoholic options for porch sippin' & sanity savina'. We created this refreshing Spring Spritz over the weekend & honestly, it's the PERFECT afternoon mocktail. With just four ingredients, it's easy to make & supports two small businesses, too.
Spring Spritz (Featuring Good Food Award-winning Rose Cordial)
Makes one mocktail
- 1 oz fresh Meyer lemon juice
- 1 oz El Guapo® Rose Cordial
- 1 oz @bigeasybucha Ginger Shot
- Club soda
- Yard flowers, candied ginger or lemon for garnish
In a shaker filled with ice, pour freshly squeezed juice & rose cordial. Shake until will chilled & strain into a martini or lowball glass. Add 1 oz of ginger shot & fill glass with chilled club soda. Garnish with yard flowers, candied ginger or a lemon wheel before serving.
