We do not offer returns or refunds on our Syrups, Bitters, Mixers, or Canned Bitters & Soda. These items are final sale. However, we are happy to ship you a replacement if your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue.

Please notify us within 30 days of the delivery date if your order arrived damaged. To protect our small business, we require photo documentation of any damaged or defective goods. This helps us file claims with our carriers and improve our packaging.

Apparel (Hats & T-Shirts)

We offer returns and exchanges for our hats and T-shirts. Returns are accepted on items that are new and unused under our apparel money-back guarantee. We are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items that have been used.

Please initiate your return policy process within 30 days of the delivery date. We reserve the right to deny any return request that contains items that do not meet our criteria.
