Makes one cocktail
• 1 oz white rum
• .75 oz blue curaçao
• .5 oz coconut liqueur
• .25 oz lime juice
• 1.5 oz unsweetened coconut milk
• 8-10 dashes El Guapo® Summer Berries Bitters
• Strawberry Ice Cubes (recipe below 👇🏼)

Combine rum, coconut liqueur, coconut milk & lime juice. Stir to mix together & set to the side. Pour blue curaçao into the bottom of a pint or collins glass. Fill glass entirely with crushed or nugget ice. Slowly pour in coconut & rum mixture to layer. Top off with a generous amount of strawberry ice. Dash bitters onto ice as a float. Stir gently before enjoying. CHEERS!

Strawberry Ice 🍓🧊
Clean, remove tops from & dice one pound of strawberries. Purée in a blender with 2 tablespoons of white sugar or agave. Pour into ice cube tray of your choice & freeze overnight. Recipe makes enough ice for ~6 drinks.
