Frequently Asked Questions
What is a zero proof drink?
It is a non alcoholic beverage built with real intention. It offers the flavor and structure of a cocktail without the alcohol.
What is the difference between a mocktail and a zero proof cocktail?
We skip the word mocktail. Zero proof drinks are crafted with care and complexity. Bitters, syrups and fresh juices do the heavy lifting.
Can I make a big batch of this non alcoholic sunrise drink?
Yes. Mix the juices and bitters in a pitcher. Pour into individual glasses and top each one with kombucha and club soda to keep the sunrise effect.
