  • 1 oz Selva Rey Chocolate rum
  • .5 oz Tempus Fugit creme de cacao
  • 1.5 oz Rich Abuelitas Hot Chocolate
  • 4 dashes El Guapo™ Spiced Cocoa Bitters
  • Candy Cane cream (recipe below)
  • Ghirardelli peppermint bark & fresh cracked peppermint sticks, for garnish

Cocktail Instructions

  1. In a shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients except the Candy Cane Cream.
  2. Shake the mixture until it is well chilled.
  3. Strain the liquid into a coupe or martini glass.
  4. Top with the fresh Candy Cane Cream.
  5. Garnish with a triangle of Ghirardelli peppermint bark and freshly crushed peppermint sticks.
  6. Serve immediately.
