Created by Monica Carbonell, Beverage Director of Liquid Culture, this spooky libation is sure to be a hit at your Halloween party!
Makes one cocktail
• ,75 oz Gin
• .75 oz Cinnamon simple syrup
• .75 oz Pumpkin Puree
• 2 dashes El Guapo® Holiday Pie Bitters
• 4 oz Sparkling white wine
In a shaker filled with ice, combine gin, simple syrup, pumpkin puree and bitters. Shake until well chilled & strain into a flute. Top with sparkling white wine or champagne. Serve immediately.
