Makes one cocktail
• 1.5 oz White Rum
• .5 oz El Guapo® Classic Orgeat
• .75 oz Prickly Pear Syrup (recipe below 👇🏼)
• .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 4 dashes El Guapo® Love Potion Bitters
• 2-3 oz Soda Water
• Flowers, for garnish

Combine all ingredients except soda water in a cocktail shaker with a scoop of crushed or nugget ice. Shake to combine & pour all contents straight into your glass. Top off with soda water. Garnish with flowers. Stir before sipping.

DIY Prickly Pear Syrup
Makes ~ 2 cups
* 1.5 cup Fresh Prickly Pear Pulp
* 1 cup Water
* 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Over medium heat, stir until sugar is dissolved, then simmer until mixture reduces. Make sure temperature is not too high or syrup will lose its color. Cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate. Syrup will keep for up to 3 weeks if properly sealed in a container & refrigerated.
