Tickled Pink: Romantic Valentine's Day Cocktail
Feb 02, 2025
If you want a drink that feels flirty, bright, and genuinely fun, the Tickled Pink delivers. This is a cocktail built for celebrations that call for color, freshness, and a little sparkle. It feels right at home for Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s gatherings, or anytime you want something playful that still tastes balanced and intentional.
White rum keeps things light and clean, while prickly pear brings a vibrant hue and subtle fruitiness. El Guapo™ Classic Orgeat adds soft nuttiness and body, and El Guapo™ Love Potion Bitters layer in floral depth without tipping the drink too sweet. Finished with soda water, it’s refreshing, eye catching, and easy to sip. Pretty in the glass, even better once you taste it.

How the Almond and Floral Notes Come Together
The Tickled Pink works because it balances fruit, florals, and texture with intention. Prickly pear brings bright color and subtle sweetness, while fresh lime juice keeps the drink lively and refreshing. El Guapo™ Classic Orgeat adds a soft almond richness that gives the cocktail body without weighing it down.
El Guapo™ Love Potion Bitters tie everything together, layering in rose and gentle spice that elevate the drink beyond a simple fruit-forward cocktail. The result is floral, lightly tropical, and well balanced, with enough structure to feel polished and enough brightness to keep it fun. It’s the kind of cocktail that looks playful but drinks with real depth.
