Ingredients for Your Totoro's Dream
- 1.25 oz coconut rum
- 2/3 oz pineapple rum
- 2/3 oz sake
- 2/3 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz El Guapo™ Ginger Syrup
- .5 oz lime juice
- .5 oz Coco Lopez
- 1/3 oz El Guapo™ Orgeat Syrup
- Bar spoon of matcha powder
- Matcha powder, dehydrated pineapple, coconut & a matcha Pocky stick, for garnish
How to Make the Matcha Rum Cocktail
- Fill a shaker with ice. Add all ingredients.
- Shake until cold.
- Open pour into a snifter glass.
- Top with more crushed ice.
- Garnish with a matcha Pocky stick, dehydrated pineapple and shredded coconut.
