Terms and Conditions
By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Promoters: The competition is organized by New Orleans Beverage Group (DBA: El Guapo) and Commander's Palace (together, “The Promoters”).
Eligibility: The competition is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of The Promoters, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST on December 28, 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
How to Enter: Each entrant must (1) sign up to receive emails from El Guapo and Commander's Palace using the official sign-up link, and (2) follow both @elguapobitters and @commanderspalace on Instagram. Limit one entry per person. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Prize: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The prize includes (i) Lunch reservation for 4 valued up to $200, (ii) a set of five Cocktail Kits from El Guapo, and (iii) a Commander's Palace Garden District candle curated by The Promoters. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $600. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. In the event the stated prize is unavailable, The Promoters reserve the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be chosen at random by The Promoters using a random number generator on or after December 29, 2025. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message on or after this date. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within this time, The Promoters reserve the right to select an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law, The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind resulting from participation in this competition or acceptance and use of the prize. The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize.
Entry Conditions: The Promoters are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, illegible, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
Data Use: By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from El Guapo and Commanders Palace. Participants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time without affecting the validity of their entry. Personal data will only be used for administering the competition and prize fulfillment, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
General: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoters’ reasonable control, The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition in whole or in part without notice.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of those states.
