The foam gives it that silky, cloudlike texture. Empress Gin brings botanicals and beautiful color. Lemon keeps it bright. Cucumber Lavender Bitters add cooling green notes and soft floral aroma that hold the drink together. No artificial anything. Just clean, refreshing flavor.

Tips for a Perfect Gin Fizz

The key to a great Gin Fizz is the foam. The dry-shake is crucial for creating the frothy egg white topping. Shaking for a full 30 seconds without ice helps the egg white to fully emulsify and thicken. After adding the ice, the second shake chills the drink and provides a bit of dilution.

Pro tip: If you want your drink to have some extra flavor, try infusing your gin with lavender flowers before using it, or muddling lemon juice and a couple cucumber slices together and straining into your shaker before adding the other ingredients.
