tâs watermelon szn my babes, and in the words of Tay herself, Are you ready for it?! đ This watermelon sour is one of my favorite recipes for summer.
Watermelon Sour đ
đ¸: The Sauceress
Makes 1 cocktail
âĸ 1.5 oz Gin (we âĨī¸ @13thcolony)
âĸ .5 oz lemon juice
âĸ .5 oz El GuapoÂŽ Lemon Cordial
âĸ 1.5 oz watermelon juice
âĸ .5 oz egg white
âĸ Splash of Prosecco
âĸ Watermelon slices, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except Prosecco & egg white. Shake with one large piece of ice until chilled. Strain out ice, add egg white. Shake again for
at least a minute, maybe two đ¤. Fine strain into a coupe glass. Top off with splash of Prosecco & garnish with a watermelon slice before serving. Cheers!
