Makes 1 cocktail

ā¢ 1 ozĀ El GuapoĀ® Lemon Cordial
ā¢ .5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
ā¢ 3 oz Sparkling White Wine
ā¢ 1.5 oz Soda Water
ā¢ .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
ā¢ 2 Basil Leaves + more for garnish
ā¢ Lemon wheel & chamomile flower, for garnish
In a clean, empty cocktail shaker, muddle basil leaves with lemon juice. Add Lemon Cordial & elderflower liqueur. Shake quickly with ice to chill, then fine strain into a stemless
wine glass full of fresh ice. Top with sparkling wine & soda water. Stir. Garnish with lemon wheel, basil leaf & chamomile flower. CHEERS!
