Matcha Mojito
Makes one cocktail
- 2 oz white rum (we 💚 @seventhreedistilling)
- 1/2 oz El Guapo® Lime Cordial
- 1 1/2 oz matcha tea
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- Soda water
- Sugar cube
- Fresh mint
- Lime wedges & fresh mint, for garnish
To make matcha tea, heat 3 oz water. Add heaping 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder. Whisk to combine. Allow tea to cool before adding to your drink. This will yield enough for two cocktails.
In a glass, combine one sugar cube, lime juice, cordial & several sprigs of mint. Muddle well. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add matcha tea & rum. Top off with chilled soda water. garnish with more mint & sliced lime wedges. Serve immediately. Cheers y'all!
