Old Cuban
A modern fusion cocktail that takes the best of a French 75 and the foundation of a mojito, with a touch of champagne, aged rum and mint, and gloriously mixes them together for refreshing drink perfect for balmy summer weather (but hard to resist even during colder months).

Old Cuban

âĸ 1.5 ounces Privateer True American Amber Rum
âĸ 1/4 oz El GuapoÂŽ Lime Cordial
âĸ 3-4 dashes El GuapoÂŽ Cuban Bitters

Put the mint into a cocktail shaker. Add the cordial and gently bruise the mint with a muddler or wooden spoon. Add the rum and the bitters and fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
