We poured this at the Saint Claude Social Club Fifth Anniversary Party and the bowl stayed empty because folks kept coming back. It is big, bright, tropical, and unbelievably easy to batch.

Achieving Complexity in a 5 Gallon Rum Punch
Large batch cocktails often fall flat. Not this one. Creole Orgeat brings nutty spice. Rose Cordial brings floral sweetness. Polynesian Kiss Bitters anchor the tropical notes. Each ingredient adds depth that stands up beautifully, even when you are serving dozens of people. No watered down drinks. No artificial anything. Just serious flavor made in New Orleans.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I scale this down?
Divide everything by five for a one gallon batch. For a single cocktail, divide by eighty.
How should I serve this?
Use a large dispenser or punch bowl. Keep it cold with an ice block or by rotating in pre chilled punch.
Can I use different rum?
Absolutely. Light rum keeps it crisp. Dark or spiced rum adds depth. A blend works beautifully.
