A Non-Alcoholic Mulled Drink with Sweet Potato Syrup

Looking for a warm and festive non alcoholic mulled drink? This unique recipe, known as 'The Pot Luck,' is a delightful sweet potato syrup cocktail that is perfect for any gathering. Created by mixologist Colleen Nealo of Porta in Philadelphia, this zero proof libation uses El Guapo™ Sweet Potato Syrup to deliver a rich, comforting flavor that will surprise and delight your guests. It’s a truly special beverage that’s as flavorful as it is unique.

Why This Is a Unique Sweet Potato Syrup Cocktail

What sets this drink apart is its unexpected use of ingredients. Rather than a standard cider or juice, this recipe starts with homemade mulled pineapple juice, which provides a tropical, spiced aroma. The key to the drink's comforting, autumnal character, however, is the combination of El Guapo™ Sweet Potato Syrup and El Guapo™ Falernum. The sweet potato syrup adds a natural, earthy sweetness with notes of nutmeg and cinnamon, while the falernum provides a subtle exotic spice. The result is a complex, layered flavor profile without a single drop of alcohol.
