Created by Jared, from Pardo's in Mandeville for our 2023 Holiday Cocktail Competition. Light, refreshing, and full of festive flavor
Red Nose Punch
(makes 1 cocktail)
•1.5 oz Flor de Canna White Rum
• .5 oz Goslings Bermuda Black Rum
•1.5 oz Cajun Grenadine
•.25 oz Candy Cane Syrup
•6 dashes Spiced Cocoa bitters
•6 dashes Holiday Pie bitters
Stir with ice in a mixing vessel, then strain into a Collins glass over rocks.
Top with soda.
