Tajin Margarita: Savory Tajin Margarita Recipe

If you haven’t had a Tajin Margarita, sugar, you are missing out. This one brings smoky mezcal, bright citrus and bold heat in one perfect glass. Tajin on the rim gives it that savory spark. Fuego Bitters turn the spice into something layered and intentional. It is a margarita with attitude and serious flavor.

Two margaritas rimmed with Tajin with dehydrated lime garnishes in front of potted cacti and a bottle of El Guapo Lime Cordial.

What Makes This a Spicy Mezcal Margarita?

The magic comes from two things. Tajin gives chili, lime and salt in one quick swoop. Fuego Bitters add clean, natural heat that blends with the smoky mezcal. Together they build a drink that feels bold but still balanced.
