Tajin Margarita
One of my favorite discoveries in Mexico last summer was the bliss that is Tajin. I literally put it on EVERYTHINGā¦ even as a Margarita rim garnish. Trust, you have not LIVED until youāve experienced the culinary splendor of a Tajin Margarita. Lucky for me, my gal Rhonda agrees!

Makes one cocktail
ā¢ 2 oz Mezcal
ā¢ 1/2 oz Cointreau
ā¢ 1/4 ozĀ El GuapoĀ® Lime CordialĀ
ā¢ 3-4 dashesĀ ElGuapoĀ® Fuego Bitters
ā¢ Tajin & dehydrated lime wheels, for rim + garnish for rim
Turn a lowball upside down & dip rim into water or lime juice before dredging in Tajin to create rim. Carefully fill glass with rocks & avoid touching the rim. In a shaker filled with ice, at Mezcal, Cointreau, Cordial and bitters. Shake until well chilled & strain over rocks. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and serve. CHEERS!
